Ready to learn about yoga? Attend this introduction of the main aspects of yoga. Bring your questions about yoga practice, application and benefits. There will be a presentation and some physical movement of breath and body. 30 minutes of lecture and 30 minutes of movement. Build confidence to begin your practice.
This workshop will benefit those who are new to yoga and those who already practice.
