Virtual Pilates Fitness Class

Pilates classes feature classical exercises performed on a mat, but we spice up traditional Pilates workouts with the use of props such as small weights. The variety in Pilates ensures that each class provides a total body workout that strengthens the core, tones the hips and thighs, and flattens the abs.
