UHD Student Counseling Services is spotlighting and joining the efforts around the world in supporting National Eating Disorders Awareness Week: February 25th – March 3rd.
Join us for an insightful discussion as we share on the topic, “My Sense of Self: Body Image and Self Esteem”. If you can answer “YES” to any of the questions below or just want to know more, come be a part of the conversation.
*Do you spend too much time thinking about your weight or worrying about your appearance?
*Does your relationship with food seem out of control?
*Do you base your value as a person by how you look or how you feel about your body?
*Is dieting or exercise consuming your life?
*Does someone you care about struggle with any of the aforementioned?
We will discuss warning signs and symptoms, healthy strategies, how to help, how to get help and more.
