Integral Tai Chi is a combination of traditional Tai Chi, Qi Qong, and Yoga. It is not just exercise. Rather, Integral Tai Chi involves a range of symbolic movements combined with specific breathing techniques. ITC consists of 10 forms of movement; the reactivate the Chakras (or centers of energy) in the human body.
