Can a person be fit and still not well? This workshop will demonstrate the integration of mind/body practices that help persons achieve harmony within self and with those around us. Participants will learn how to combine meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques and other kinetic modes to achieve a balance in body, mind and spirit.
