One of five required workshops for the GatorLEADER Diversity Leadership Certificate, Diversity 101 is an introduction to diversity and inclusion—their value and benefits, their challenges and opportunities—with a view to encouraging participants to celebrate diversity and to embrace our shared roles in making UHD an inclusive campus community.
