General Andrzej Pawlikowski, an international expert in combating terrorism, will be speaking to UHD students and faculty about strategies for protecting political leaders in Europe. He has promoted state security by serving as a leader of various inter-ministerial security teams in Poland.
In 2014, he was co-founder and vice president of the Business and Intelligence Security Service, which endeavors to apply strategic thinking to business protection. He also served as the headof Poland’s Government Protection Bureau and retired in 2017, at the rank of Brigadier General. Pawlikowski is an expert affiliated with security and protection issues with many years of work experience in special units reporting directly to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration the Prime Minister and the State President.
