EC-6 English Language Arts and Reading
EC-6 ELAR will assist students to prepare for the TExES EC-6 Core Subjects exam focused on the English Language Arts and Reading and the Science of Teaching Reading portion of the exam. Attendees will understand the content to be tested, and practice for all twelve standards addressed in the exam.

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Pilates

Experience the ab-chiseling, total body defining moves of Pilates, choreographed to your favorite Top 40 hits. This mat based workout challenges you to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core and lean, strong muscles.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party! This fitness party blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography

4:00 PM - 4:45 PM Boot Camp
