Participants will: • Learn about how Peer Involvement Advising sessions are structured • Receive evidence of the effectiveness of Peer Involvement Advising (including pilot projects underway at a number of institutions of different kinds - Ivy League Institutions, Large Public Universities and Community Colleges) • Learning how Peer Involvement Advisors are selected and trained • Understand how to assess the effectiveness of Peer Involvement Advising • Identify strategies for collaborating with internal and external constituents to receive buy-in for a Peer Involvement Advising Program on their campus
