11:30 AM - 12:10 PM Kickboxing

Kickboxing is an action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations in order to improve strength, muscle tone, and endurance.

12:15 PM - 1:15 PM Yogalates

Experience a blend of yoga and pilates for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs, and abs.  Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses while improving flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.

1:15 PM - 2:15 PM Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party! This fitness party blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. This total body workout feels like a celebration.

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM Muscle ’N Music

This is not your typical dance class.  Muscle ‘n Music will use strength exercises, drumming and guitar playing choreographed to music in a way you’ve never seen before!  Let’s have some fun and build muscle to music.

6:15 PM - 7:15 PM Butts & Guts

This class is designed to tighten and tone your abs and glutes quickly and efficiently.  Improve your muscular strength and endurance while challenging your entire body.
