All Day O'Kane Theatre Performance: "Almost, Maine" (Multi-Day Event)
O'Kane Theatre Presents:

2018 Fall Performances of 
"Almost, Maine"

8:00 AM - 8:45 AM Dance & Tone
Dance & Tone will use strength exercises, drumming and guitar playing choreographed to music in a way you've never seen before! 
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Zumba Tone
The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! 
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Yoga
This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching.
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Fit Camp
Provides the ultimate combination of cardio intervals and functional exercises with light weights and bodyweight movements. Designed to get you FIT! 
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Service-Learning Made Easy: Natural Sciences TeachLunch
Join us over a complimentary lunch as we explore service-learning and how you, too, can easily integrate meaningful experiences into your own courses. UHD staff and NS faculty will walk you through all you need to know about service-learning, and we'll hear examples of how it's currently being used in courses in the Department of Natural Sciences. Session topics will include:



-defining service-learning / rationale

-data on its success

-faculty examples

-best practices in online courses

-assessing & reflection

-service-learning partners

-course designation process

-funding / additional resources

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM Ultimate Results
A 60min. Strength and conditioning class using assorted equipment and body weight exercises that includes focusing on upper and lower body circuits to ensure you get a complete workout in just one class!
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM HIIT Xetreme
High Intensity Interval Training. Get ready for a muscle strengthening, core blasting, and endurance workout!
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Zumba
Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. This total body work out feels like a celebration. 
6:15 PM - 7:00 PM Step Up!
You will go up, down and around the step platform with choreographed step up routine while burning calories and shedding pounds.
