All Day Film Screening & Discussion - "The Mask You Live In" (Multi-Day Event)
This film follows boys and young men as they struggle to stay true to themselves while negotiating America's limited definition of masculinity. Pressured by the media, their peer groups, and even the adults in their lives, these young men confront messages encouraging them to disconnect from their emotions, to devalue authentic friendships, to objectify women, and to resolve conflicts through violence. These gender stereotypes interconnect with race, class, and circumstance, creating a maze of identity issues boys and young men must navigate to become "REAL" men.

Assessment of Education Programs
With the exception of the General Education and Developmental Education programs, program faculty submit the annual assessment report to the department chair or dean (for those programs which fall outside the departmental structure) by October 30 of the academic year following the year in which the work was assessed.

Dance & Tone will use strength exercises, drumming and guitar playing choreographed to music in a way you've never seen before! 
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Zumba Tone

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Fit Camp
Provides the ultimate combination of cardio intervals and functional exercises with light weights and bodyweight movements. Designed to get you FIT! 
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Land, Liberty, and Water in Mexico
A Talk by Dr. Salvador Salinas
Lunch provided, first come, first served.  Raffle prizes-win a signed copy of Dr. Salinas' book.

12:15 PM - 1:00 PM Step Up!
You will go up, down and around the step platform with a choreographed step routine while burning calories and shedding pounds. 
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Zumba
Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. This total body workout feels like a celebration.
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM Ultimate Results
A 60min. Strength and conditioning class using assorted equipment and body weight exercises that includes focusing on upper and lower body circuits to ensure you get a complete workout in just one class!
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM HIIT Xetreme
High Intensity Interval Training. Get ready for a muscle strengthening, core blasting, and endurance workout!
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Zumba
