Start Time 8:00 AM Homecoming: Gator Can-A-Palooza (Multi-Day Event)

In a twist on the typical can food drive, the UHD community is encouraged to bring in cans in order to stack them in the shape of the UHD Gator all throughout Homecoming Week.

The collected cans will be donated to area food banks.

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM Gator Gainz
You will get a head to toe workout in this "No Guts, No Glory" total body workout class! This class is designed to increase agility, strength, endurance and power.
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM Yoga
This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching.
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM Kickboxing
Kickboxing is an action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations in order to improve strength, muscle tone and endurance.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Homecoming: President's Barbecue

UHD President, Dr. Juan Sánchez Muñoz invites students and the UHD community to some tasty barbecue to help celebrate Homecoming Week.

Due to weather, the event's location has been moved to A300

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Pilates
This class ensures that each Pilates workout provides a total body workout that strengthens the core, tones the hips and thighs, and flattens abs. 
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Homecoming: Gator Spirit Frenzy

Homecoming continues campus-wide and we want you to show off your Gator Pride! Stop by to decorate your own mum (while supplies last), or sign and create a banner.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Zumba
Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. This total body workout feels like a celebration.
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM Ultimate Results
A 60 minute strength and conditioning class using assorted equipment and bodyweight exercises that includes focusing on upper and lower body circuits to ensure you get a complete workout in just one class.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Homecoming: Students vs Staff Volleyball

UHD students face off against staff members in several sets of volleyball. Can the staff hang with the students?

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Zumba
Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. This total body work out feels like a celebration. 
6:15 PM - 7:00 PM Butts n' Guts
This class is designed to tighten and tone your abs and glutes quickly and efficiently. Improve your muscular strength and endurance while challenging your entire body.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Homecoming: Old School vs New School Volleyball

Watch as former UHD volleyball club members try to turn back the clock against the current UHD club team in a best of five matches.
